According to the features of the overloaded vehicle on expressways, the paper analyzes the functional demands for the overloading test system on expressways, points out the adoption of the dynamic pre-detection to improve the test efficiency and to reduce the delaying time of the vehicle, designs the principle and the structure of the dynamic test system from the demands of the users, and researches the identification of the overloading threshold value of the key parameter in the system, so as to ensure the accuracy of the system test.%摘要：针对高速公路车辆超载问题特征，分析了高速公路超载检测系统的功能需求，提出以动态预检测为手段以提高检测效率、减少滞留车辆延误时间。从用户需求角度设计了动态检测系统的原理和结构，针对系统关键参数超载阈值设定进行了研究，以确保系统检测的准确性。
