国产汽轮机轴承箱及垫铁形式对轴系振动的影响

摘要

This paper mainly analyzes the effects on the vibration of the unit in different forms and different installation of bearing box. This paper takes the 600 MW HIP integration cylinder type steam turbine produced by DEC,STC and HTC as research object,the preventive measures of u-nit vibration can be taken in the construction through comparative analysis of the effect of floor type and integral type bearing seat structure on shafting vibration,and effect of adjustable wedge pad iron and cement block on shafting vibration.%分析了由于轴承箱的形式不同及安装方式不同对机组振动产生的影响，以上海、哈尔滨、东方三家汽轮机厂生产的600 MW级高中压缸为合缸型汽轮机为研究对象，比对轴承箱落地式与连体式对轴系振动的影响，可调整楔形垫铁与水泥垫铁的轴系振动的影响，提出施工中可以采取的防范措施。
