30t轴重60kg12号重载道岔观测试验

摘要

通过对30 t轴重重载道岔在试验试铺中进行详细的观测，对道岔平面线型、轨底坡、岔枕预埋件、焊接、岔枕使用情况进行了分析总结，并对轨距、护轨轮缘槽、限位器、查照间隔和护背距离、支距的变化情况进行了数据采集与分析，提出了重载道岔的改进和养护维修建议。%Through the detailed observation of 30 t axle weight overload turnout in test,this paper analyzed and summarized the turnout level line,rail base slope,turnout sleeper embedded parts,welding,switch tie use situation,and made data collection and analysis on rail gauge,rail groove,limiter,reference interval and back distance,support distance change situation,put forward the improvement and maintenance sugges-tions of overload turnout.
