分子靶向药物索拉非尼在肝细胞癌治疗中的应用

摘要

The morbidity and mortality of hepatocellular carcinoma remain high. Radical resection rate is low although operation is still the first choice for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Post-operation metastasis and recurrence are challenging. Sorafenib as a small molecule multi-targeted kinase inhibitor is widely used in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. The efifcacy of sorafenib treatment, its combined use with other therapy and the management of its adverse events are reviewed in this article.%肝细胞癌的发病率和死亡率仍居高不下，手术是其治疗的首选方法，但手术切除率低，肿瘤易复发、转移。多靶点激酶抑制剂索拉非尼是第一个被批准用于治疗肝细胞癌的分子靶向药物。本文就索拉非尼在肝细胞癌治疗中的临床作用、与其他治疗手段的联合应用和毒副反应的防治等作一综述。
