本文从多巴胺受体激动剂的分类、作用机制和临床应用等方面综述多巴胺受体激动剂在延缓和治疗帕金森病相关运动并发症中的价值。%The value of dopamine agonists in the postponement and treatment of Parkinson’s disease-related motor complications is reviewed by referring to recent literature, and the classiifcation of dopamine agonists and their mechanism of action and clinical application in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease are summarized, which indicates that dopamine agonists can delay the development of motor complications in Parkinson’s disease.
