目的：调查分析高桥社区小学生龋齿患病情况及其主要影响因素，为社区口腔卫生保健工作提供依据。方法：采用分层整群随机抽样，2014年对研究对象开展口腔健康情况检查及口腔保健知识行为问卷调查，对调查结果进行分析。结果：高桥社区小学生龋齿患病率为63.18%。口腔保健知识总体知晓率为69.86%，无龋学生的知晓率显著高于有龋学生（P＜0.05）；口腔保健行为方面：“吃甜食频率”和“刷牙后睡觉前吃甜点或喝甜饮料”的发生频率越高的学生龋齿患病率越高（P＜0.05）；“每天刷牙次数”和“家长帮助孩子刷牙”发生频率越高的学生患龋率越低（P＜0.05）。结论：社区口腔卫生保健工作人员应加强对高危人群的行为干预，促进其口腔健康行为方式的形成。%Objective: To investigate and analyze the situation of dental caries prevalence and its main influencing factors in Gaoqiao community primary schools to provide the basis for the work of community health care oral.Methods: With stratiifed cluster random sampling, the oral health examination, and a questionnaire survey of oral health knowledge and behavior of the research subjects were conducted in 2014.Results:The prevalence of dental caries in pupils in Gaoqiao Community was 63.18%. The general awareness rate of oral health care knowledge was 69.86%. The awareness rate of oral health knowledge in the non-caries pupils was signiifcantly higher than that in the caries pupils(P<0.05). The higher the frequencies of “eating sweet”and “eating sweet foods or drinks after brushing the teeth and before going to bed” were, the higher the prevalence of caries was(P<0.05). The lower the frequencies of “brushing teeth every day” and “the pupils brushing with parents help” were, the higher the prevalence of caries was(P<0.05).Conclusion:The community oral health care staffs should strengthen the behavior intervention for high-risk population to promote the formation of their oral health behavior.
