我国基本药物招标采购质量分层制度研究--基于安徽省“双信封”制度的实证分析

摘要

Based on the data of the centralized drug bidding directory of Anhui province in 2012, the price of two different types of drugs was compared by Mann-WhitneyU test. Whether or not there is a signiifcant difference between the two groups of drugs was analyzed by the signiifcanceP values and the causes and inlfuence resulting in this kind of difference were also analyzed by comparison of the price difference so as to discuss the rationality of the standards and methods of drug quality grading system in double envelope and propose the corresponding policy recommendation.%本文基于安徽省2012年药品集中采购中标目录数据，采用Mann-Whitney U检验将不同质量类型的药品价格进行对比，通过显著性P值分析药品之间是否有显著性差异，并通过比较其价格水平差异来分析这种差异产生的原因及影响，以此来探讨双信封招标制中质量分层标准与方法的合理性，并提出针对性政策建议。
