研制了一套卫浴产品耐荷重性智能化检测装置,采用伺服电机、减速器和导向柱进行力的施加,升降部分由升降减速机、直线导轨、T形法兰、横梁组成。系统集成了卫浴产品耐荷重性检测项目,操作灵活、动作平稳、出力均衡、力的施加准确,克服了现有卫浴产品负载检测设备的检测项目覆盖面不全、自动化水平低、加载力值和位移控制不准确等问题。%A set of device about load resistance intelligent detection for bathroom products is developed. With Servo motor, reducer and guiding column for force exerted. The lifting part is consisted of lifting gear, linear guides, T-lfange and beams. The system integrates of bathroom products about load resistance test items. it is operated flexiblely and steadily, as well as the output is uniform and the application force is precise. Compare with other current equipments,it overcomes the defect that not complete coverage about test items of bathroom products, low level of automation, the value of loading force and displacement control imprecise and so on.
