大型平直类量具在线自动化检定装置

摘要

This paper introduces an automatic veriifcation device of large straight measuring tools which consists of a photoelectric autocollimator and mechanical device with automatic data acquisition system. The lfatness measurement data can be collected by the device automatically. The reliability of the device is verified through the experimental comparison and the uncertainty evaluation of measuring results satisifed veriifcation regulation of the platform completely.%介绍了一种以光电自准直仪和自行设计的机械驱动小车及数据自动采集系统组成的大型平直类量具在线自动化检定装置。这套装置可以实现该类平面度测量数据采集过程自动化。通过实验比对验证了该装置的可靠性，并且评定了测量结果的不确定度。该检定装置完全满足最新的《平板》检定规程对计量标准器具的要求。
