复合型高端医学人才培养模式的探索与实践--借鉴美国MD/PhD项目的经验

摘要

The joint MD/PhD dual degree program has been in existence for more than 40 years in the international medical education field. However, this program is still under exploration in China. This article reviews the development of this program between the US and Chinese medical schools, and focuses on the exploration and practice in joint MD/PhD training between the US and China. It will be helpful to utilize the experience and the resources of both countries to train the physician scientists and help to build a training system for Chinese medical leaders.%致力于培养医师科学家（Medical Scientist）的MD/PhD双学位项目在国际医学教育领域已有四十多年的历史，但在国内仍处于起步的探索阶段。本文回顾了该项目在美国和国内部分医学院校的发展历程，并着重介绍了中美联合双博士培养的探索性实践，探讨了借鉴美国教育经验和结合两校资源培养复合型医学生的特色模式，旨在为建立适合中国国情的医学骨干人才培养体系提供一些帮助。
