用双吻合器法施行低位直肠癌根治术（附62例报告）

摘要

To evaluat e the safebility of radical resection fo rlowerposition rectal cancer with doub le anastomats，62cases of lower-position rectal cancer treated with double-anasto mats were summarized.The results showed that 62 cases had satsifactory effect，4 c ases with complication，2cases with cance r recurrance，3 cases were dead with othe r diseases.This indicats that using metho d of double-anastomats is similar to tha t of traditional Dixon in safebility.%回顾性分析采用双吻合器法行低位直肠癌根治术62例患者的临床情况和随访资料。结果：62例患者均治愈出院，4例出现并发症，2例癌肿复发，3例死于其他疾病。认为双吻合器法与经Dixon手术同样安全。
