哈萨克族H型高血压患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平与临床特征的关系

Objective To investigate the serum homocysteine ( Hcy ) levels in Kazak H-type hypertensive patients with different sex, age and hypertension grades.Methods The clinical data from 260 cases of H-type hypertensive pa-tients were collected and their blood biochemistry was examined.The levels of Hcy were tested using high-performance liq-uid chromatography ( HPLC) analysis and their distribution characteristics were statistically analyzed.Results Overall, the serum levels of Hcy were higher in male than in female ( P<0.05);By age stratification, the serum levels of Hcy ele-vated with the increased age, except for those with the age 45-54 years;for patients with the age≤44 years, 55-64 years and ≥65 years, their serum levels of Hcy were all higher in male than in female (all P<0.05).The serum levels of Hcy in male were distributed in high levels (>15 μmol/L) , and only in those of female with the age >65 years, their serum levels of Hcy were distributed in high levels.As for patients with 2 and 3 hypertension, serum Hcy levels in male were also higher than in female (all P<0.05).Conclusion Serum Hcy level in Kazakh H-type hypertensive patients showed a skewed distribution and this distribution was correlated with the clinical characteristics of patients.%目的：探讨不同性别、年龄、高血压级别的哈萨克族H型高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（ Hcy）水平的差异。方法收集260例新疆哈萨克族H型高血压患者，测定血脂、血糖等生化指标，采用高效液相色谱分析法测定受试者血清Hcy水平。结果总体分析，男性血清Hcy水平高于女性（ P＜0．05）；以年龄分层，Hcy水平随着年龄的增加而升高，除45～54岁年龄组外，≤44、55～64、≥65岁年龄组男性血清Hcy水平均高于女性（ P均＜0．05）；男性多数年龄组血清Hcy分布在较高水平（＞15μmol／L），女性仅65岁以上人群血清Hcy在较高水平；高血压2、3级人群男性血清Hcy水平均高于女性（P均＜0．05）。结论哈萨克族H型高血压患者血清Hcy水平呈偏态分布，该分布与患者临床特征有关。
