静态无功发生器对提高井下供电质量的应用研究

     

摘要

Aiming at the higher requirements on the mechanical and electrical equipment in mining Carboniferous coal, and the transmission distance is far, the voltage loss is more serious problems, used the static reactive power generator to improve the quality of power supply of underground working face, the theoretical calculation show that it is feasible to improve the voltage quality for the static reactive power generator . Based on the application of data collection and analysis, concluded that, after using the static reactive power generator, the power factor of the system is improved to more than 0.95, the current of transformer and power lines fell 30%, to reduce the reactive power loss .%针对开采石炭纪煤系对机电设备要求较高,而且存在输电距离比较远、电压损耗比较严重的问题。应用静态无功发生器提高井下工作面的供电质量,通过理论计算,得出:静态无功发生器对提高电压质量是可行的。通过对现场应用数据的收集分析,得出:采用静态无功发生器后,系统功率因数提高至0.95以上,使变压器及供电线路中电流下降30%,降低了无功损耗的结论,
