萃取精馏分离甲醇-乙腈混合物的工艺模拟

摘要

本文运用Aspen Plus软件对萃取精馏工艺分离甲醇-乙腈混合物的工艺进行模拟与分析, 筛选出最佳萃取剂为苯胺, 物性方程选wilson.运用Sensitivity工具确定了此流程最佳工艺参数和分离效果, 产品纯度如下:甲醇的质量分数达99.9％, 乙腈的质量分数达99.8％.%Aspen Plus is used to simulate and analyze the process of extractive distillation for separating methanol-acetonitrile mixture.The best extractant is aniline and the physical property equation is wilson.The optimum process parameters and separation effect were determined by sensitivity tool.The purity of the product was as follows:the mass fraction of methanol was99.9％, the mass fraction of acetonitrile was 99.8％.
