两种低合金钢在酸性介质下的耐蚀性能评价

             

摘要

全世界使用的金属材料中有90%的都是钢铁,而在石油化工方面使用的金属材料中有90%都是钢铁材料,在海洋中也有相当于所有金属材料的90%是钢铁,无论是在哪个行业,钢材都占据着一个不可替代的位置,然而这些钢材都不同程度的受到了腐蚀的破坏,由此造成的经济损失是不可估量的,所以在不断改善防腐蚀技术的同时研究钢材的电化学性能从根本上了解钢材的腐蚀状况是非常有必要的.N80钢在石油天然气工业的使用比较广泛,在炼油领域牌号为316L、0Cr18Ni9Ti、Cr5Mo、Cr9Mo等材料使用量也比较大,应用也比较广泛.国内的酸性油气田数量越来越多,其中的酸性介质以有机酸为主,因此研究金属材料在有机酸中的耐蚀性对新产品开发选材有一定的指导意义.%There are 90% metal materials used in the whole world are iron and steel,and metal materials used in petroleum chemical industry in 90% are iron and steel materials,in the ocean is equivalent to all the metal material is 90% steel,no matter in which industry steel occupies an irreplaceable position however,these steels are subject to varying degrees of corrosion damage,resulting in economic loss is immeasurable,so in the improvement of electrochemical performance of corrosion protection technology and research of steel fundamental understanding of corrosion of steel products is very necessary.N80 steel is widely used in the petroleum and natural gas industry,and it is also widely used in the oil refining field,such as 316L,0Cr18Ni9Ti,Cr5Mo,Cr9Mo and so on.The quantity of acid oil and gas fields is more and more in China,the acid medium is mainly organic acid,so the corrosion resistance of metal materials in organic acid has a certain guiding significance to the development of new products.
