一种乳液改性的中药除醛乳胶漆及其制备工艺

摘要

甲醛、苯等有害物质对于人体的危害愈加严重.为了从根本上杜绝甲醛等有害气体被人体吸入,我们开发了一种乳液改性的除醛乳胶漆.通过按一定比例混合甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸乙酯,并使其与芳香族乙烯基化合物进行聚合后,并利用多功能胺对其改性,制备出具有甲醛应性的乳液.本文中合成的乳胶漆配聚丙烯酸酯乳液进行改性,并适当填充了负离子粉、中草药与植物提取液、超细膨润土和硅藻泥等材料,使该乳胶漆可以具有长效吸收甲醛、降低VOC、抗菌和防霉等优良特性.%Formaldehyde,benzene and other carcinogenic substances threaten people's health in everyday life. In order to fundamentally prevent formaldehyde and other harmful gases from being exposed to and inhaled by human body,a latex paint with capability for removing formaldehyde was developed herein.The latex paint was synthesized by a two-step method.The mixture of MMA and BA with certain ratio was first polymerized with aromatic vinyl compounds,which was followed by multifunctional amine modification. For fulfilling multipurposes,the formulation of latex paint was further filled with negative ion powder,Chinese herbal medicine and plant extracts,ultrafine bentonite,diatom mud and other materials.The latex paint features long-term formaldehyde and VOC removing capability,antibacterial/ -mildew and other promising properties.
