不同石榴品种果实类黄酮物质组分和含量分析

         

摘要

Four cultivars,‘Taishanhong’,‘Daqingpi’,‘Moshiliu’ and‘Sanbai’,with different colors were selected as materials to determine flavonoids ( FLs) in peel and juice by HPLC method .Five kinds of flavonoids were analyzed, which were myricetin, quercetin, luteolin, kaempferol and apiolin.The results showed that the five kinds of FLs were all identified in peel and juice , in which, myricetin and quercetin were the major ones.There were differences in FLs content between different cultivars .‘Sanbai ’ had the highest total FLs content in peel and juice , up to 377.5 μg/g and 82.0 μg/g respectively;the followed ones were‘Taishanhong’,‘Daqingpi’ and‘Moshiliu’.Differences were also found between peel and juice in the same cultivar.The total FLs content of peel was 4.60 times that of juice in ‘Sanbai’, and it was 3.51, 4.45 and 4.28 times in‘Taishanhong’,‘Daqingpi’ and‘Moshiliu’ respectively.In general, there were differences in FLs content between different cultivars and between peel and juice of the same cultivar .%以4个不同表现型石榴品种‘泰山红’、‘大青皮’、‘墨石榴’和‘三白’为试材,利用高效液相色谱法( HPLC)分别测定果皮和果汁中杨梅酮、槲皮素、木犀草素、山奈素、芹菜素等类黄酮含量。结果表明:4个品种的果皮、果汁中均存在这5种类黄酮物质,其中以杨梅酮和槲皮素含量最高。4个品种间类黄酮含量有差异。‘三白’石榴果皮和果汁中的类黄酮总量均最高,分别达到377.5μg/g和82.0μg/g,‘泰山红’、‘大青皮’和‘墨石榴’果皮和果汁中类黄酮含量依次降低。此外,同一品种不同部位也有差异,‘三白’果皮类黄酮总量是果汁的4.60倍,而‘泰山红’、‘墨石榴’和‘大青皮’依次是3.51、4.45、4.28倍。表明类黄酮含量在石榴不同品种以及同一品种果皮和果汁中均存在差异性。
