本试验利用生物信息学方法预测了玉米NAC基因家族成员、基因结构、染色体定位和系统进化关系。结果表明,玉米NAC基因家族包含128个成员,依据其在染色体上的位置系统命名为ZmNAC001~ZmNAC128;ZmNAC分布在10条染色体上,且分布不均;ZmNAC基因与拟南芥NAC基因具有一定相似性,可分为13个亚家族;基因结构分析发现绝大多数ZmNAC基因含有1~3个内含子;miRNA靶基因预测发现7个ZmNAC基因为miRNA164的靶基因。%The NAC gene family in maize ( Zea mays L.) was comprehensively identified by bioinformat-ics in this research , including gene members , gene structure , chromosome location and phylogenetic relation-ship.As a result, 128 NAC genes were predicted and named as ZmNAC001~ZmNAC128 according to their chromosome location .The 128 ZmNAC unevenly distributed on 10 chromosomes of maize .Phylogenetic analy-sis suggested that ZmNAC genes had certain similarities with NAC genes from Arabidopsis and could be divided into 13 subfamilies.Gene structure analysis showed that most ZmNAC genes contained 1~3 introns.Seven ZmNAC genes were predicted as the target genes of miRNA 164 .
