玉米秸秆-牛粪不同配比对沼气产量的影响

     

摘要

Four treatments including cow manure-maize straw at the ratio of 2∶1 ( A), cow manure ( B) , maize straw ( C) , cow manure-maize straw at the ratio of 1∶2 ( D) were set to study the effects of dif-ferent proportions of cow manure and maize straw on biogas production under anaerobic fermentation with the total solid (TS) concentration as 10% at (30 ±1)℃.The duration of this test was 55 days.The results showed that the total biogas yield of the treatments was in the order of A>D>B>C.The change of daily bio-gas yield and daily cumulative biogas yield had great differences between different treatments.The biogas peak of treatment A was present during 17~26 days, while that of treatment D was present during 22~23 days. The total biogas yield of treatment A and D was 6 997 mL and 6 842 mL respectively, which were higher than that of treatment B and C.In conclusion, the mixture fermentation of cow manure and maize straw could accel-erate biogas producing rate, improve biogas production status, and increase the biogas producing potential.%试验设牛粪-玉米秸秆质量比2∶1(A)、牛粪(B)、玉米秸秆(C)、牛粪-玉米秸秆质量比1∶2(D)4个处理,在温度为(30±1)℃、发酵液(TS)浓度为10%的条件下,研究粪秆比对沼气厌氧发酵产气量的影响。结果表明,试验55 d各处理总产气量大小依次为A>D>B>C。发酵过程中各处理日产气量变化和日累积产气量差异明显,A处理产气高峰主要在17~26 d,D处理主要在22~33 d,A和D处理总产气量分别为6997 mL和6842 mL,高于B处理和C处理。因此,牛粪-秸秆混合发酵可明显提高产气速率,改善产气状况,提高发酵原料产气潜力。
