农业产业化经营的农户满意度评价--基于山东省临朐县的实证研究

摘要

基于山东省临朐县山楂种植基地农户的调研，选取影响农户对农业产业化经营满意度评价的20项指标，建立指标体系，运用四分图模型评价农业产业化经营的农户满意度，揭示农业产业化经营实施效果。结果表明：农户对“收货效率”、“提高收入”等的满意度好，对“改变就业方式”、“议价过程”等的满意度不够。据此，提出完善我国农业产业化经营体系，提升农户参与热情、提高农户满意度的对策建议。%Based on investigations of farmers in the hawthorn base in Linqu County of Shandong Prov-ince,twenty indexes affecting the farmers’satisfaction degree with the agricultural industrial management were selected to set up the index system,then the method of quarter graph model was used to evaluate the farmers’ satisfaction to reveal the implementation effects of agricultural industrialization management.The results showed that the farmers had high -level satisfaction degree with the efficiency of receiving goods and raising income,but were generally unsatisfied with changing employment patterns and the bargaining process.Ac-cordingly,some suggestions were put forward to consummate the agricultural industrialization management sys-tem,increase farmers’participation enthusiasm and enhance farmers’satisfaction degree.
