元宝枫无性系嫁接成活率及其春梢性状分析

摘要

为探讨元宝枫各无性系嫁接成活能力方面的差异，以14个元宝枫优良无性系为试材，春季采用双舌接方式进行嫁接试验，对各无性系的嫁接成活率及其春梢性状的差异进行了分析比较。结果表明：嫁接后35天左右可以作为确定成活与否的适宜时间；各无性系之间成活率差异极显著，无性系1－6嫁接成活率最高，为64．17％，6－1最低，仅为10．00％；幼叶观赏期最长的达十多天，最短的仅为3～5天；嫁接无性系间春梢生长量差异很大，接后两个月，最高的1－6为41．23 cm，最矮的6－1仅为18．35 cm。%Fourteen Acer truncatum clones were chosen as experimental materials to explore their differ-ences in grafting survival ability with double tongue grafting method.Their grafting survival rates and spring twig traits were analyzed and compared.The results showed that 35 days after grafting was the suitable time to estimate the seedling survive or not.The survival rates among 14 clones were extremely significantly different. The clone 1 -6 had the highest grafting survival rate of 64.17%,and that of clone 6 -1 was the lowest of 10.00%.The longest young leaf ornamental period reached more than ten days,while the shortest was only three to five days.The shoot height was significantly different among the 14 clones,the highest after grafting for 2 months was clone 1 -6 as 41.23 cm,and the lowest was clone 6 -1 as 18.35 cm.
