烟台市城郊农户土地流转意愿及影响因素分析

摘要

农业规模化、集约化生产使得土地流转现象日益增多，农民作为土地流转的主体，尊重其意愿是保证土地流转顺利进行的重要前提。本文主要以烟台市城郊区农户特征为对象，对城郊地区农户的土地流转意愿及其影响因素进行分析，为农村土地流转的定性研究提供一定量化支持并针对性地提出合理建议。%As a result of scale and intensive production of agriculture,the land transfer phenomenon is increasing day by day.Farmers are the main participants of land transfer.Respecting their wishes is an major premise to make the land transfer more smoothly.In this paper,the suburb peasant households in Yantai were chose as research objects,and their land transfer willingness and related influence factors were analyzed to provide certain quantitative supports for the qualitative research of rural land circulation.Moreover,some rea-sonable suggestions were put forward.
