食用菌工厂化生产环境无线监控系统的研发

         

摘要

Aiming at the problems existing in the monitoring and control system of edible fungus factory production environment, this paper presented a design scheme for the wireless monitoring and control system based on ZigBee protocol.The system realized the wireless acquisition of temperature, humidity, concentration of carbon dioxide and other environmental parameters and wireless control of equipment automatic operation u-sing CC2530 in the process of edible fungus factory production.Through the actual test, the wireless monito-ring and control system achieved precise monitoring of the edible fungus production environment, possessed stable performance of wireless information transmission, and had the advantages of simple operation and low cost.The system met the needs of wireless monitoring and control of edible fungus factory production environ-ment.%针对目前食用菌工厂化生产环境监控系统在使用中存在的问题,研发了一种基于ZigBee协议的食用菌工厂化生产环境无线监控系统,该系统采用CC2530模块实现了对食用菌工厂化生产过程中温度、湿度和二氧化碳浓度等环境参数的无线采集以及设备自动化运行的无线控制。经实际应用测试,该系统实现了对食用菌生产环境的精准监控,无线信息传输性能稳定,且具有实施简单和成本低等特点,满足了食用菌工厂化生产环境无线监控的需要。
