彩色多普勒超声在阴茎勃起功能障碍诊断中的应用价值

摘要

Objective : To explore the application of color dopplor ultrasonography in the diagnosis of erectile dysfunction (ED). Methods : 48 cases of ED were processed with combined injection and stimulation test (CIS test), and then a color dopplor ultrosonography was took to examine the hemodynamics of phallic arteries including PSV, EDV, and RI. Results: In the total 48 cases of EDs,the non-vasculogenic group accounted 56. 25％ (27 cases), arteriogenic group 29. 17％( 14cases), venogenic group 14. 58％(7 cases).Conclusion: Color dopplor ultrasonography has clinical volue in diagnosing vasculogenic and non-vasculogenic types of ED.%目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)诊断中的应用价值.方法:对48例ED患者进行药物注射及刺激结合试验(CIS试验)同时应用彩色多普勒超声观察阴茎动脉血流动力学变化,指标包括阴茎深动脉收缩期最大流速(PSV),舒张末期流速(EDV),阻力指数(RI).结果:48例中非血管性ED 27例(占56.25%),动脉性ED 14例(占29.17%),静脉性ED7例(占14.58%).结论:彩色多普勒超声对诊断非血管性ED和血管性ED及其分型有一定的临床价值,为临床治疗提供依据.
