四君子汤总多糖对小鼠肠道菌群及免疫功能的影响

         

摘要

Objective:To discuss the effect of total polysaccharides of Sijunzi decoction on intestinal flora and immune function in mice .Methods:100 healthy mice were divided into 4 groups ,each of 25 cases .Mice of high dose group ,low dose group and model control group were spleen deficiency modelled .Normal control group and model control group were filled with normal saline every day ,and low dose group was filled with Sijunzi decoction 1g/kg ,and the high dose group was filled with Sijunzi decoction 2g/kg .The effect of total polysaccharides of Sijunzi decoction on intestinal flora and immune function in mice was analyzed .Results :Thymus index and the Peyer's patch of the low dose group and high dose group were higher than the model control group ,and the difference was statistically significant .Intestinal sIgA content were higher than the model control group ,and the difference was statistically significant .T lymphocyte ratio of the low dose group was higher than the model control group .Bacillus ,bacillus ,lactobacillus ,escherichia coli ,bacillus sp levels of the model control group were higher than the normal control group ,and those of the high dose group were lower than the model control group .Conclusion :Sijunzi decoction can correct the intestinal flora imbalance ,restore the immune function of spleen deficiency mice ,and there is a dose dependent .%目的:探讨四君子汤总多糖对小鼠肠道菌群及免疫功能的影响.方法:100只健康小鼠分为4组,每组25只.脾虚造模.正常对照组与模型对照组每天生理盐水灌胃,低剂量给药组每天每公斤体重1g四君子汤多糖灌胃,高剂量给药组每天每公斤体重2g灌胃.分析四君子汤总多糖对小鼠肠道菌群及免疫功能的影响.结果:低剂量给药组及高剂量给药组胸腺指数级派氏结显著高于造模对照组.肠道sIg A含量显著高于模型对照组;低剂量给药组T淋巴结比例显著高于模型对照组.造模对照组双歧杆菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌、脆弱拟杆菌水平均高于正常对照组.结论:四君子汤多糖能够纠正肠道菌群失调,恢复脾虚小鼠的免疫功能,并且有剂量依赖性.
