白芍配方颗粒的制备工艺研究

         

摘要

Objective: Preparation and process optimization of Radix Paeoniae Alba dispensing granules.Methods:On the basis of single factor experiments, the comprehensive score of paeoniflorin and extract rate as indexes, orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process of Radix Paeoniae Alba.With sugar and dextrin as accessories, a certain concentration of ethanol as a wetting agent, the granules of Radix Paeoniae Alba were prepared by extrusion granulation, and the recipe was optimized.Results:The optimum preparation process of Radix Paeoniae Alba formula granule was: adding 8 times amount of water, extracting 3 times, 3 h each time.Under the optimum conditions, 3 experiments were repeated, and the average extraction rate of paeoniflorin was 2.12%, and the average yield was 34.45%.Through the formulation optimization, the optimum particle preparation process is: extract: Powder: dextrin =1∶3∶0.1 wetting agent, the concentration of ethanol is 95%.Conclusions:By optimizing the preparation process of Radix Paeoniae Alba dispensing granules, it laid a good foundation for further development of Radix Paeoniae Alba dispensing granules.%目的:白芍配方颗粒的制备及工艺优化.方法:在单因素试验的基础上,以芍药苷和出膏率的综合评分为考察指标,采用正交设计法优化白芍水煎煮提取工艺;以糖粉、糊精为辅料,以一定浓度的乙醇为润湿剂,采用挤出制粒法制备白芍配方颗粒,并对处方工艺进行优化.结果:白芍配方颗粒的最佳制备工艺为加8倍量水,提取3次,每次3 h.在最佳工艺组合条件下重复3次试验,白芍中芍药苷平均提取率为2.12%,出膏率平均为34.45%.通过处方工艺优化,最佳颗粒制备工艺是:浸膏∶糖粉∶糊精 =1∶3∶0.1,润湿剂乙醇浓度为95%.结论:通过对白芍配方颗粒制备工艺的优化研究,为进一步更好地开发白芍配方颗粒奠定了良好的研究基础.
