瓜蒌牛蒡汤加减治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To study clinical effect observation of Gualou Niubang decoction for acute mastitis.Methods:158 cases of patients with acute mastitis were divided into observation group and control group according to the digital method, 79 cases in each.The control group with penicillin, the observation group based on it given Gualou Niubang decoction.After the treatment of 7d, the effects of two groups were compared, the blood biochemical indexes were observed.Results:The cure rate of the observation group was 70.89%, the total effective rate was about 97.47%, which were higher than the control group of 50.63% and 88.61%(P < 0.05).After treatment, two groups of WBC,NE and CRP levels were significantly lower than before treatment, while the WBC, NE and CRP levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment, the observation group of grading of tumor was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:For acute mammitis patients with Gualou Niubang decoction treatment, can obtain good effect, and the symptoms recovered faster.%目的:研究瓜蒌牛蒡汤加减治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎的疗效.方法:选取急性乳腺炎患者158例,根据数字法将患者分成观察组及对照组各79例. 对照组给予青霉素静注,观察组在对照组的基础上应用瓜蒌牛蒡汤加减方,治疗7d后对比两组疗效,血生化指标,肿块情况.结果:观察组治愈率是70.89%,总有效率是97.47%,均分别高于对照组的50.63%及88.61%(均P<0.05).治疗后两组的WBC、NE及CRP水平均较治疗前明显降低,观察组的WBC、NE及CRP水平明显低于对照组(均P<0.05).治疗后观察组的肿块情况分级明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:针对哺乳期急性乳腺炎的患者应用瓜蒌牛蒡汤加减方治疗,可获得较好的疗效,且症状恢复更快.
