针灸联合药透治疗对于脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体肌力及BI指数的影响研究

摘要

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese med-icine on muscle strength and BI index in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:Selected 86 patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia,USES the digital random method,43 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group patients give acupuncture treatment,on the basis of the observation group patients give TCM through apply for combination therapy,compared two groups of patients limb muscle strength and BI index and related indicators.Results:The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly high-er than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fugl-meyer score,FAC score and Bl index were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The activity degree of hip and knee joint was sig-nificantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group of patients after treatment of the hip joint and knee joint muscle strength was signifi-cantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),hip,knee muscle tension was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia patients,acupuncture combined traditional Chinese medicine throug apply treatment can significantly improve the patient's physical strength,reduce muscle tension,and significantly improve the pa-tients'motor function and daily life activities ability.%目的:观察分析针灸联合中药透敷治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体肌力以及BI指数的影响.方法:选取脑卒中偏瘫患者86例,采用数字随机法,随机分为观察组与对照组各43例,对照组患者给予针灸治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予中药透敷进行联合治疗,对比两组患者的患肢肌力及BI指数等相关指标.结果:观察组患者的患肢肌力治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的Fugl-Meyer评分、FAC评分、Bl指数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的髋关节、膝关节活动度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的髋关节、膝关节肌力显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),髋关节、膝关节肌张力显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对于脑卒中偏瘫患者,针灸联合中药透敷治疗能够显著改善患者的肢体肌力,降低肌张力,并显著提高患者的运动功能及日常生活活动能力.
