上海自贸试验区对接服务长江经济带国家战略相关问题研究

The bottleneck and obstacle factors faced by Shanghai Free Trade Zone docking service the Yangtze River Economic Belt national strategy:First, the reform and innovation of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone has entered a bottleneck stage, which requires further support at the national level;Second, the organic coupling mechanism of various construction tasks needs to be strengthened continuously;Third, the development space that can be obtained by docking service the Yangtze River Economic Belt strategy is still unclear, which requires more abundant and feasible policies;Fourth, there is a lack of integration mechanism with other provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt strategy, and a lack of grasp and breakthrough in the formation of joint efforts and common development.%上海自贸试验区对接服务长江经济带国家战略所面临的瓶颈和障碍因素:一是自贸试验区改革创新进入瓶颈阶段,需要在国家层面进一步加大支持力度;二是各项建设任务的有机耦合机制尚须不断强化;三是对接服务长江经济带战略能够获得的发展空间尚不明确,需要更加丰富可行的落地政策;四是缺少与其他省市长江经济带战略的融合机制,在形成合力、共同发展方面缺少抓手与突破口.
