摘要

Publicity system of the officials' property income is edge tool of anti-corruption of many countries in the world. In our country, the voice of asking for publicity system of the officials' property income has lasted for 25 years, some regions also started making experiments in publicity system of the officials' property income declaration, but publicity system of the officials' property income has not really set up. Various obstacles should be strived to overcome in establishing publicity system of the officials' property income, follow the guiding ideology of gradual reform and incremental reform, and establish publicity system of the officials' property income declaration in the new civil service team at first.%官员财产收入公示制度是世界上许多国家的反腐利器。在我国，要求官员公示财产收入的呼声已持续了25年，一些地区也开始了官员财产收入申报公示制度的试点，但官员财产收入公示制度尚未真正建立。要努力克服当前建立官员财产收入公示制度的各种阻力，遵循渐进改革、增量改革的指导思想，率先在新公务员队伍中建立财产收入申报公示制度。
