从美国收入分配调节看我国收入分配调节机制的完善

摘要

We should pay more attention to America＇s income distribution mechanism because of the campaign of occupation of Wall Street in USA. We should learn from Ameriea＇s income distribution mechanism meeting the requirements of market economy. We should strengthen top-level design in the mechanisms of income distribution, ensure that the wages of workers increase simultaneously with economic increase, perfect distribution of wealth adjustment mechanism and vigorously develop the charity and public welfare.%美国“占领华尔街”运动引发我们对美国收入分配制度的关注。我国应学习借鉴美国长期以来形成的相对适应市场经济要求的收入分配调节政策，在改革完善收入分配制度方面加强机制的顶层设计，着力在一次分配上，建立健全职工工资与经济基本同步增长、不同行业收入分配有效调节的机制等；在二次分配上，建立健全为中低收入者减支增收机制、财富分配调节机制等；在三次分配上，大力发展慈善和公益事业，以促进我国经济社会持续健康发展。
