'一带一路'国家战略下长三角航运中心布局研究

摘要

Shanghai needs to play special advantage and resources of its own,orderly ease of non core functions of shipping,shipping in the Yangtze River Delta docking "The Belt and Road" national strategy to do something,in order to achieve the overall development of the shipping industry in Yangtze River delta.Specific recommendations to promote Shanghai from the shipping trade test area function and system are:to promote the integration of the Yangtze River Delta region;to expand the port shipping finance business and overseas investment;to establish "The Belt and Road" shipping headquarters;to form "The Belt and Road" shipping trading platform;constantly to improve the international shipping hub.%上海需要发挥自身的特色和资源禀赋优势,有序疏解非核心航运功能,在长三角航运对接"一带一路"国家战略中有所为有所不为,以实现长三角航运业整体发展.具体建议推广上海自贸试验区航运功能与制度;推进长三角区港一体化;拓展航运金融业务和海外投资;建立"一带一路"航运总部;形成"一带一路"航运交易平台;不断提升上海国际航运枢纽的地位.
