piggyBac转座子介导的转基因家蚕丝腺生物反应器研究进展

摘要

This paper reviewed three key steps of recombinant protein expression by silk gland bioreactor of piggyBac-mediated transgenic silkworm. Firstly, the efficient insertion of foreign gene into the genome. Secondly, high-efficiency detection and identification of the transgenic silkworm. Finally, the expression and purification of the active recombinant protein. Meanwhile,it also introduced the advances in research of this kind of bioreactor. The review provided effective information for the future researches.%综述了基于piggyBac转座子的转基因家蚕丝腺生物反应器表达外源蛋白的3个关键环节:(1)外源目的基因高效插入家蚕基因组；(2)转基因家蚕的高效、快捷的检测；(3)具有生物活性的外源目的蛋白的高效表达和纯化.同时介绍了有关转基因家蚕丝腺生物反应器表达外源蛋白的研究进展,为更好地利用转基因家蚕丝腺生物反应器表达外源蛋白提供了参考.
