“先进通用飞机设计制造与示范协同创新中心”运行机制研究

摘要

协同创新是国家经济社会发展的必然选择。如何构建高效、有序的协同创新中心运行机制是摆在当前的重要任务。文中以“先进通用飞机设计制造与示范协同创新中心”为实体对象，从动力机制、共享机制、过程机制和转化机制四个方面探讨其运行机制，该运行机制对我国协同组建团队提供了参考作用，在打造全产业链上具有示范意义。%Collaborative innovation is the inevitable choice in the development of national economic and social. How to construct an efficient and orderly cooperative innovation center? The operation mechanism is the first important task at present. In this article, The entity object of "Collaborative Innovation Center For Advanced General Aircraft Design, Manufacture and Demonstration"is discussed with the operation mechanism as four aspect, the dynamic mechanism, sharing mechanism, process mechanism and transformation mechanism. The operation mechanism can be as a reference of collaborative team constructing in our country, and it has the demonstration significance in forging the whole industrial chain.
