行走机构开式齿轮驱动的设计

摘要

本文通过利用Excel表格就一个具有普遍性的起重机行走机构开式齿轮驱动装置的设计，结合材料力学、机械设计的相关知识，完成了从齿轮到轴承，再到轴的一套设计思路，根据从业者的相关经验交流，完成了一个标准化设计计算，提高了工作效率。%Through the use of MS Excel, a universal crane traveling mechanism with open gear driving device was designed.Using the relevant knowledge of material mechanics and mechanical design,this paper completed a set of design from gear to bearing, to the axis .According to some exchange with the experienced practitioners ,the paper demenstrates a standardized design calculation,which can improve the working efficiency.
