[Abstract]Combined with the translation of Maritime Safety Law and Policies of the European Union and the United Sates of America,the paper analyzes the charateristcs of maritime legal document.Acoording to the numerous and complicated post-modifiers and adverbial phrases in the document,it explores the application of inversion in it and puts forward corresponding methos of adjustment to supply some advice for the realted translation of matitime English.%论文结合《欧美海上安全法律与政策》翻译文本，分析了海事法律文本特点，针对其定语修饰语和状语修饰语多而复杂的问题，探讨了词序调整法在此类文本中的应用并提出相应的调整策略，以期为海事相关领域的翻译提供少许见解。
