德国大学科研评价体系发展沿革分析

摘要

Nowadays,there are more and more scientific researches in the academic field.The research evaluation has played a more vital role in the process of the output of scientific research achievements.Germany is one of the countries with scientific researches of high level.Although there is no national research evaluation system in Germany,the system is still comprehensive and worth studying.The development of research evaluation of higher education in German was discussed,based on the different appraisers.The evaluation is mainly based on peer review and indicator.The experience of German scientific research evaluation is a model to our country.%当下，科学研究成果日益丰富，科研评价水平的高低，对科研成果输出的质量影响也日益突出。德国高等院校科研水平较为发达。虽然德国尚未形成全国性的评价系统，但科研评价体系较为完善，其科研评价经验值得学习。德国现代大学科研评价体系的发展以不同的评价方为基点展开，其评价主要基于同行评议和量化指标。德国经验对我国科研评价系统发展具有借鉴意义。
