计划生育政策在我国实施已久，现今，随着社会经济的持续发展、整体医疗水平的提高，人们对于自身健康的关注程度也日趋提高，大部分人的健康保健意识也在不断的增强，使得我国人口的人均寿命与之前有了很大的延长。但同时，人均寿命的延长也导致我国“老龄化”的趋势日渐严重。老年人口数量的急剧升高以及特殊老年人群比如空巢老人比例的增加，使得老年人的身心健康成为了我国一个举足轻重的问题，尤其是在现今———环境恶化、食品和水源污染严重以及抗生素和一些所谓保健食品的滥用严重的情况下，许多恶性疾病的发病率已是逐年上升，再加上老年人的抵抗力和机体抵抗机能下降严重，使得他们更容易被一些高危慢性病和癌症所侵犯。而且，现今外出务工人员的数量急剧增加，导致农村、社区以及一些城市空巢老人数量与日俱增，许多老年人由于子女不在身边，使得他们的身体健康无法被周到的照顾，因此一些慢性病以及急发病让许多子女不在身边的老人丧失了性命，给人们的身体和心里带来了巨大的痛苦。针对这个问题，虽然国家在积极的采取政策应对，但政府的工作范围和能力是有限的，一些社区以及偏远地区难免不被遗漏，因此仅仅依靠国家政府的力量是不够的，建立一些新型的便民的服务机构与方案是很有必要的，家庭医生上门定期提供医疗服务便可以在一定程度上缓解这种情况，本文即对人口老龄化背景下家庭医生实施的可行性讨论。%The family planning policy implementation for a long time in our country, nowadays, with the sustainable development of social economy and the improvement of the whole medical, the degree of attention to oneself health, people also increase with each passing day, most of the people's health care consciousness has been enhanced, makes our country population extended life expectancy and before had the very big.But at the same time, the extension of life expectancy has also led to the trend of“aging”increasingly serious in our country.A dramatic increase in the number of elderly population and special elderly empty-nest proportional increase, for example, makes the physical and mental health of the elderly became an important problem in our country, especially in the current, environmental degradation, food, and water pollution and the abuse of antibiotics and some of the so-called health food serious cases, many malignant disease incidence is rising year by year, coupled with the elder's resistance and function of the body resistance decline seriously, making them easier to invasion by some high risk of chronic diseases and cancer.And now the number of migrant workers has increased dramatically, leading to rural, community and the increasing number of empty nest elderly in some cities, many elderly people because of the children absence, make their health cannot be considerate take care of, so some chronic diseases as well as the urgent onset for many children is not around the old man lost his life, to people's body and mind brought great pain.Aiming at this problem, although the state in a positive policy to deal with, but the scope of work and the ability of the government is limited, some communities and don't be missing in remote areas, so it is not enough to rely on the strength of the national government, set up some new convenient services and solutions are necessary, the family doctor visits regularly to provide medical services can be in this situation, to some extent in this paper, namely the feasibility of the implementation of an aging population under the background of family doctor to discuss.
