军队院校学历教育与任职教育衔接问题研究

摘要

Aiming at the contradictions in joint training and career oriented training in present, the paper researched the join problems of military quality, profession system, education content, course system and education guarantee. The paper proposed also the measures to strengthen join between joint training and career oriented training to military academies, which possess fixed real meaning.%针对目前学历教育与任职教育存在的矛盾和问题，重点对军事素质、专业体系、教学内容体系、课程体系和教学保障等方面的衔接问题进行研究，提出军队院校增强学历教育与任职教育相衔接的措施与方法，具有良好的现实意义。
