基于机器视觉与图像处理技术的微钻刃面质量检测

     

摘要

In order to realize the automatic detection of the quality of micro drill,the machine vision technology and image processing techniques are used to extract and determine micro drill bit characteristics. The special light source designed by the characteristics of the micro drill bit which is based for the high quality blade surface image provides. Simple image processing algorithm makes the quality detection of blade surface more fast and efficient, including filtering, edge detection, linear fitting, etc. The experiments show that: the high accuracy and efficiency can completely meet the purpose of the quality detection.%为了实现对微钻头质量的自动检测,利用机器视觉技术与图像处理技术对微钻头特征进行提取并判断。根据微钻头的特征设计的特殊光源为得到高质量的刃面图像提供了基础。简洁明了的图像处理算法则使刃面质量检测快速而高效,包括滤波、边缘提取、直线拟合等。实验表明:本系统正确率与效率都很高,完全能满足微钻头刃面质量检测的目的。
