不确定语言多属性群决策中属性权重确定方法

摘要

本文提出了一种具有不确定语言评价信息的多属性群决策中属性权重的确定方法。首先，根据专家给出的客观评价决策矩阵，通过建立基准语言评价集合，规范化由专家们给出的不确定语言评价值，将语言评价值转换为基准语言评价集的模糊集，并进一步转换为转化成二元语义数值形式，进而采用熵权法计算出属性权重值并加权平均。最后，给出算例对其进行说明该方法的实用性。%This paper proposes a method with uncertain linguistic assessment information in decision-making method for determining attribute weights. First, based on objective evaluation and decision matrix are given by experts, by establishing a baseline set language evaluation, normalizing to uncertain linguistic evaluation value given by the experts, converting to the language of fuzzy sets benchmarks set of language evaluation and further to converted into numerical form of tuple linguistic, and then using the entropy method to calculate the value of the attribute weights and a weighted average. Finally, numerical examples illustrate its practicability of this method.
