军民融合创新体系建设研究——以丰台区为例

Construction of the national innovation system of civil military integration is the strategic emphasis of national innovation system by 2020. In the new situation, Positive work was carried out in Beijing for how to further improve the system of civil-military integration, how to build civil military cooperation platform, and how to promote two way conversion of military and civilian technology. This paper highlights some practical innovation and the effect achieved in Fengtai District for the construction of civil-military s technology integration.%2020年前国家创新体系建设的战略重点是建设军民融合的国家创新体系.新形势下,在如何进一步完善军民融合的制度、搭建军民合作平台,如何促进军民科技双向转化等方面,北京市开展了积极的工作.通过重点介绍丰台区军民科技融合创新体系建设的一些实践和取得的成效,以期为军民融合的理论研究提供参考.
