The study constructs a high-tech development level evaluation index system from development scale, development efficiency and development speed on the basis of existing literature. Then it evaluates the high-tech industry development level of Chinese 31 provinces and analyzes the disparity using Entropy method to extract and summarize the development model of high-tech industry among provinces. Results show that there exist significant disparities among four regions and provinces of China. The differences mainly result from scale, efficiency and speed, respectively. The northeast region develops with the lowest speed. The eastern region has the largest internal differences. Lastly the corresponding policy implications are put forward.%在回顾现有文献的基础上,从规模、效益和速度3个方面构建了高技术产业发展水平评价指标体系,运用熵值法,对我国31个省区的高技术产业发展进行了评价和区际差异分析,进而提炼和归纳出各省区高技术产业发展模式.结果表明,我国高技术产业发展的东中西部不均衡态势明显,其中,发展规模的差异最大,其次是发展效益和发展速度;中西部和东北地区的发展速度与东部地区差距较大,东北地区的发展速度尤其较慢;区域内部差异最大的是东部地区,其次是西部地区和东北地区,最后是中部地区.
