江苏工业企业科技资源配置效率的DEA分析

摘要

以江苏省第2次经济普查资料为分析基础,采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法中BC2模型对江苏工业企业科技资源配置效率进行评价.评价结果表明:较多行业科技投入不合理情况较为严重,技术非有效问题较为突出；不同行业的科技资源配置相差悬殊,且总体配置水平较低；通信设备、计算机及其它电子设备制造业等重点发展行业,科技资源配置相对较为合理.%In this paper, the author applies DEA ( Data Envelopment Analysis) to analyzing the efficiency of science &-technology resource allocation of industrial enterprises in Jiangsu Province. Based on the second economic census, the author employs BCC model to evaluate the overall efficiency and technical efficiency respectively. The results are as follows: there exists unconscionable scientific input and technically ineffective in many industries, and the efficiency of science&-technology resource allocation of industrial enterprises in Jiangsu Province is high as a whole while different industries are equipped with very different allocations,and some emphasized industries such as industry of communication e-quipment and computer and other electronic equipment are reasonably collocated.
