以2006-2008年的51家制造业上市公司为样本,运用DEA-Tobit模型,分别检验了研发投入和专利产出对企业技术效率的影响.实证结果表明:R&D经费投入对技术效率具有显著的积极影响；研发人员投入对技术效率的当期效应和长期效应均为正相关,但只在累积效应模型中通过了显著性检验；发明专利对样本企业的技术效率具有显著的积极影响,并具有明显的滞后性；实用新型专利对样本企业的技术效率具有显著的负效应,同时存在明显的滞后性；外观设计专利对样本企业的技术效率具有负效应,但不显著.结果启示,可以通过制定合理的研发战略来提升企业的自主创新能力,这是企业提高技术效率的重要途径之一.%Based on the sample of 51 manufacturing listed companies which disclose the data of firms'innovation activity during 2006 to 2008,this paper tests the effects of R&-D investment and patents on technical efficiency by using DEA Tobit model after controlling the related factors. The empirical results show that R&-D impact significantly and positively the technical efficiency, and the R&-D manpower input is positive with technical efficiency in the short and long run effects but the coefficients pass through the statistical test only in the cumulative effect model. Invention patents have obviously positive effect and lag results on technical efficiency, Utility model patents have obviously negative effect and lag results, and Industrial design patents have negative but not significant effect on technical efficiency. This study has some implication in promoting the firms to make rational R&D strategy to inhance their independent innovation ability and technical efficiency.
