企业专利战略形成竞争优势的机理研究

摘要

以专利为主导因素的企业专利战略是企业在市场上取得竞争优势的手段之一.在深入分析了企业实施专利战略内外部条件的基础上,解释了企业获取竞争优势的来源之一是本企业实施专利战略的内部条件、竞争企业实施专利战略的内部条件、企业实施专利的外部条件三者的匹配状态.不同的匹配状态也决定了企业获取竞争优势的强度大小.%The patent strategy that patents acting as dominant factor for the enterprise is major ways to obtain the competi-tive advantage in the market. Based on the analysis of enterprises' internal and external conditions that enterprises imple-ment the patent strategy deeply, this paper explain that one of the sources that enterprises acquire enterprises' competitive advantage is matching condition of three factors, namely internal conditions, external conditions that the competitors and our own enterprises implement the enterprise' patent strategy. Different matching condition also determines the strength of enterprises to acquire competitive advantage.
