基于不同评价主体的知识联盟绩效评价模型构建

摘要

知识联盟绩效评价是衡量联盟目标是否实现的重要手段.根据知识联盟的特性,从利益可分配的角度,将知识联盟的利益区分为显性利益和隐性利益两部分；从联盟个体和联盟总体两个评价主体的角度,结合评价主体的不同目的,分别构建了基于联盟个体和联盟总体的知识联盟绩效评价模型,并给出了相应的综合评价方法.%Knowledge alliance performance evaluation is a vital measure on whether the alliance targets can be realized. According to the characteristics of knowledge alliances, from the perspective of interest, the benefits for knowledge alliances can be divided into two parts of explicit benefits and tacit benefits. From the angle of two evaluation subjects of alliance individuals and alliance overall, the paper constructs different performance evaluation models of knowledge alliances and proposes a suitable comprehensive evaluation method.
