Therefore they overlook the hidden human capital. This paper adopts normative research approaches to research the relationship between hidden human capital and team performance based on the human capital value perspective, and looks into their inner structure and relationship, establishes a model describing the relationship between the factors of top management team's hidden human capital value and the team value.
