基于知识创新的知识势模型研究

随着知识经济的到来,知识已成为企业获取竞争优势的关键性资源,知识创新是企业形成核心竞争力的重要手段.深入分析了知识创新的内涵,提出了知识势的新概念,运用模型对知识势加以阐述.以一个新的角度来理解知识创新过程,从而注重对势的营造、利用和控制,实现知识创新循环.%With the advent of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the key resources of enterprises to acquire competitive advantage. The knowledge innovation is an important means of forming the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper analyses the connotation of knowledge innovation, and puts forward a new concept of knowledge potential, by using the model of knowledge potential. From a new perspective to understand the process of knowledge innovation, we should pay attention to the potential to create, use and control, and realize knowledge innovation cycle.
