RD经费支出结构与科技创新人才培养的协整检验——基于1995-2008年的数据分析

摘要

为探索我国R&D经费支出结构与科技创新人才培养之间的关系,运用协整方法对样本期内的数据(1995-2008年)进行协整检验.首先对R&D经费支出结构和科技创新人才培养结构变动进行分析,然后对样本进行单位根检验、协整检验和Granger因果关系检验,实证结果表明:R&D经费支出结构与科技创新人才培养结构之间存在长期均衡关系.%In order to explore the relationship between R&D expenditure structure and technological innovation, this paper use cointegration on the data of sample period (1995-2008) for cointegration test. First, It analyzes the change of R&D expenditure structure and the innovative talents structural, then uses unit root test, cointegration test and Granger causality test on the data of sample period, the empirical results show that: R&D expenditure structure and the innovative talents structure exists long-run equilibrium relationship.
